"What did I learn from Steve Jobs"

we must firstly understand what the customer wants. if i want to set up a stall, i must know what is the traffic like,is it quiet in cars or it is filled with plenti of people and cars
but is the middle of these , we must also have the passion so to carry on if they have set backs
we are not selling our product but our ideas 
we must create emotional connections to the customer
